無論如何都要學英文的理由
立法院交通委員會今天邀交通部長賀陳旦報告桃機淹水檢討，桃園機場公司董事長林鵬良、總經理費鴻鈞也應邀備詢。
鄭運鵬說，桃園機場整體排水系統和未來的第3航廈，都是世曦工程負責，桃機公司前董事長尹承蓬，現在卻是掌控世曦的中華顧問司董事長。
鄭運鵬形容桃機淹水有如桃機福島事件，所幸無人傷亡，但桃機人事像圓山飯店一樣，不但內鬥，還退而不休，獎懲不分，甚至近親繁殖成交通幫。
鄭運鵬認為，交通部長賀陳旦不必概括承受所有桃機問題，不只桃機，交通部管轄的事業、財團法人等17個單位，都應一次性改革，並要有時間表，現在不管換不換人，將來都要全部承擔。1050606
